Where are most ebooks sold?
Amazon sells ebooks through its Kindle program (but only allow US publishers in) but where are the other main distribution points? A search shows tons of ebook sites but which are the ones that matter?
Is there a distribution database that means that your ebook will be listed everywhere? The equivalent of a major distributor in the real book world?

if ive sold an e-book online which has been bought by US customers, do i need to register copyright?
ive been selling this ebook since 2005, but it says on copyright.gov that i need to register copyright with them within 3 months if i publish a work in the us?! I am a UK citizen. I sell my product online over UK webspace which US people buy which counts as publication in the US to them.

Help me pick a pen name?
Ok, I need to publish my ebook under a pen name. I want it to be memorable, attractive, and successful-sounding, but not sound like a romance novelist. I will be writing numerous ebooks, including travel, special event planning, and inspirational stories.
