Is Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst’s Top Secret Fat Loss Secret a big scam?

Or just a little scam? I came across her site and it all sounds like the worst of scare tactics. And, she claims to care so much about ‘you,’ though not enough to not charge a pricey sum for her ebook. Could she not even get published? Is that also a conspiracy?
Has anyone tried this? What’s the big secret to getting rid of these alien monsters from the body?

WMG: Thanks for the advice. I’m not looking to buy any weight loss aid cause I don’t need it, I’m just fascinated by this woman’s claims and am wondering if anyone has read her ebook.
