I am a professional in the IT field designing webpages and making enough money to have a comfortable life style for my age. I mean, I can see people with great skills, providing a service to their clients from home because of many reasons such as: They need to work from home to care for a family member, to save on commute expenses, or simply because they prefer to be their own boss. I have lots of extra time after my 6am to 2:30pm work day to pick up another part time job in the downtown corporate area but the thought crossed my mind to do something out of my own apartment. Sure, I can design pages outside of work, or create an ebook to sell. But my biggest concern is who will pay me? How can I find interested people in need of the services I can provide? I am fortunate enough to be multi skilled and can do many things to generate money for people close enough who know me in a personal way. But how can I expand those services…for example, I speak 3 languages. Who pays to translate?

I have a unique marketing concept and I would like to start an online magazine company that allows people to order right online. I understand that there are many others out there but my unique concept is better than those. I would like some ideas about contacting the magazine publishers and setting the wheels in motion and getting my site up.

I am writing a book and the publisher that im serious about (Tate Publishing) says that I will get 40% of the profit from selling it. (They will get 70%) Is that a good deal? Do you know of another publisher that’s good? Is Tate Publishing a good publisher? THANKS!

I do not have money to hire one, but I would be willing to split commissions. The ebooks need to be sold on Clickbank.
5 ebooks are niche market books which will be ready to sell before summer’s end. One book is almost ready, so I would like to get it started quickly.
The niche books are targeting certain business opportunities, that help those people advertise their businesses specifically.
The ones I plan to write after those 5 are on various subjects. Roulette, Health & Wealth, and some others.
