How can I get alot of people to see my blog site?
I have a blog site at blogger.com and so far I only made about $2.00 on the google adsense which means that I’m only getting about 2 or 3 hits a day. I read in a magazine recently that there’s a lady who’s getting 5000 hits a day on her blog site. I would like to write a book in the form of several blog entries and just make cash from the adsense ads rather than publishing it as an ebook or paperback. How can I get 5000 hits/day besides spending money on advertising it?

Do I need permission to publish links to other websites in my eBook? Where can I find photos or pics?
I’d like to publish a resource section with links to other websites in my ebook, but I’m not sure if it is legal? Do I need to check with each one? Also, I think most photos and pictures on the web are copyrighted. Does anyone know any free or low cost websites with wedding related pictures? Thanks for your help!

what is the step x step procedure for publishing a website? ie after page creation?
I have an ebook I want to sell and want to create a direct response website. I have done some reading on this but I am still not sure how it is done.
