Has anyone used “Camera Dollars System eBook” program to sell digital photos and make money?
They can just email it to you. Why is the eBook “Precision Digital Negatives” so darned expensive?
I would love to have this “book” and I know knowledge is priceless…but $100 for an eBook seems extreme to me. What about you?

I would like to publish a 32-page eBook picture book. What is a reasonable dpi size for photos (1 to a page?
I created a 32-page pdf picture book with PhotoShop Elements 3.1, and it’s 106 MB. I’m sure that’s too large for an eBook. If I insert photos into a Word document, I can convert them to WordPerfect and make one pdf out of all the pages, but is this something that could be turned into a Kindle book, or something I could convert to MobiPocket or Lulu eBooks?
