Does anyone know anything about ebook readers like the kindle or nook etc? What about the pc version?
My daughter is addicted to reading and I was thinking about an ebook as a gift or a netbook with the pc version which I read you can get online for free. I’m really wondering if most text books for school can be found on their site too as her backpack is always soooo heavy. I don’t know much about these yet. Are all books the same price? Even text books? I wish publishers would some how make electronic versions of their text books available to schools with the regular books the schools by so these kids don’t have to lug the heavy ones home all the time. Ugh. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated.

How do I find a good publisher and/or literary agent?
I have been trying to find a publisher, but I haven’t yet. I have written 2 stories that I would like to get published. Any suggestions and advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
My stories are usually are 150-250 pages. The two that are done are romance with some tragedy mixed in with it. I’m working on one now that’s got vampires in it.
