how do i market my ebook?
I have recently written a memoir and I am trying to sell it as an ebook. Any ideas on how I can do that or who can do it for me?
If you were going to buy a ebook. What would you like to know in that ebook? This is for research, be specific
I’m in the process of making an ebook or report about a topic. That’s why I need some feedback as to what is it you would like answered in an ebook? It can be any topic really.
Internet Marketing, Health Issues, Finances, Relationships, Home Business…..or whatever you can think of. I will collect the answers and start my research on the topic that is most asked for.

Publishing a PDF with Quark and EPS files?
I have a friend who wants me to create an ebook from her book that is no longer in print. All she has from that book is each individual page in the form of an EPS file. So that would mean adding each page (175 of them) as an image in Word, then saviing it as a PDF file that way, as far as I know. That’s not working, so now I’m exploring other options.
What I don’t understand is how on earth she has 175 EPS files. Why doesn’t she have a single document? I would ask her but she has no idea. Does this mean that the book was probably published in Quark? I don’t have that program, so I don’t even know what I’m talking about, really.

Should I start an llc?
Should I start and llc if I’ve written and plan on selling a cookbook without using a publishing company? I plan on putting the cookbook on cd and selling it online and possibly get it into some hospital gift shops. I’m also looking into having it as an ebook

What are the rules or regulations on the use of images on the web and in ebooks?
Recently, I was publishing an ebook, for use on the web and for distribution on DVD and my co-editor suggested I use, for illustration, some images from the movie “Queen of the Damned.” I heard somewhere that images can be used only if one, you know they are royalty free or two you have permission from the photographer. If one did a google images search and found some images, say images from this or that movie, can one use those images? Is it a different issue if the images are used on an ebook that might be distributed, maybe even sold (though for only very small money)? Can someone help me figure out what can be used and what the rules or guidelines are?

Do you like reading ebooks?
I have written a long manuscript.Considering if I should publish that as an ebook. Coz it’s easy to distribute and generally ebooks have higher margins.But, I’m a bit concerned if people really like reading ebooks on computer screen…
What do you say? What do you buy online? ebooks or real books? Do you like reading ebooks or find them extremely tiring?
