Can I send a cover letter to several publishers at once?
I am planning to contact some publishers in relation to a novel that I have written. Should I send a cover letter to one publisher at at time (i.e. write to one, and if it refuses, write to another) or to send out a batch of cover letters at once?

Hey, I need to know what publishers look for when they review your book. Would they publish a book written by a teen in high school? Do you have to pay a publisher a lot?
